To raise awerness around ikea's latest ovens the idea was to create a baking book in a totally new way, inspired by ikea's way of de-constructin the products for shipping and from scandinavian minimalism. 30 tasty classic baking recipes was de-constructed and shot on tone in tone bright color pastel backgrounds. The ingredients for a simple cinnamon bun suddenly looked like a piece of contemporary art from moma. The book won design awards all over the world and was the worlds first viral cook book.

RESULT

The design of the cook book caught design magazines and blogs all over the world. Soon big Newspapers followed and interior design magazines. It has been talked about as the first cook book that went "viral" online in the world. The Home Made is best book were exhibited at Tate Modern and awarded Gold as the best international graphic design of the year in UK. It was also exhibited in design museums around US and ASIA. 1000+ articles were written about the book around the world.
